Proposed pilots
Start small, measure honestly, report plainly
Available for partner discussions and synthetic-data demonstrations. Production capabilities and supported connections depend on the confirmed deployment scope. The steps below describe how a proposed pilot would be structured with a healthcare organization or medical provider.
How a proposed pilot would work
A defined cohort, a defined window, clear questions
1. Scope together
We would define the cohort, the transitions in focus, and the questions the pilot should answer — before anything launches.
2. Enroll with consent
Before enrollment, partners would agree eligible participants, consent materials, approved data sources, access rules, and withdrawal procedures.
3. Run and support
The pilot would run for a defined window with human support throughout — for participants and for care teams.
4. Report in plain language
Partners would agree reporting scope and privacy safeguards before launch. Aggregate or de-identified reporting would require appropriate design and validation; individual-level access would follow the approved access model.
5. Decide what's next
Continue, adjust, or stop — based on what the pilot actually showed, not what anyone hoped it would show.
